AIR is a membership organization that creates and implements its governance structure and policies through a board of directors elected from its membership. Through its leaders, AIR members have developed the organization's Constitution and Bylaws, which have established the foundation from which the Association is governed and managed.

Available behind member login is a PDF copy of the Constitution and Bylaws as well as the other governance documents including Governance Policies; Board Meeting Minutes; Monitoring Reports from the Executive Director; and Annual Reports from the Board of Directors.
