Affiliated IR Organizations are independent, non-profit entities that share a similar mission to support the process of facilitating quality, data-informed decisions for the enhancement of higher education.
Affiliated IR Organizations operate under their own rules and regulations and answer to their Boards of Directors. They are not chapters of AIR, and AIR has no authority over their leadership or organization. However, many members of these Affiliated IR Organizations also hold a membership in AIR and benefit from the unique professional development and networking opportunities each group offers.
Affiliated IR Organizations often are geographically based or are created to share a common focus. There currently are organizations formed in specific U.S. states, U.S. multi-state regions, and countries around the world.
