Job dutiesThe Senior Research Analyst is a professional position that is part of the Institutional Research team. The position is responsible for developing and implementing a wide range of the College's institutional research activities including the annual SACS profile reports, Department of Education reports, Coordinating Board reports, student evaluations of faculty, grade distribution reports, developmental education reports, student success reports, and post-hoc research reports. This position is also responsible for updating and maintaining the College's data warehouse.
Qualifications-Minimum Qualifications:

--Education: Master's degree from a regionally accredited college or university.

--Experience: Three years of experience in institutional research at a regionally accredited college or university. Two years of programming experience in SAS required (may overlap with institutional research experience).

-Preferred Qualifications:

--Experience: Five years of experience in institutional research preferred. SAS and SQL programming experience preferred.
Salary range$40,000 - $60,000
Salary benefitsAnnual Salary: $46,535
