Job dutiesThe Enrollment Research Analyst reports to the Director of Enrollment Research in the Enrollment Management and Strategic Development division. This position will provide analytical support for the University’s internal needs. This position will analyze, review, interpret and disseminate results of research studies, document new reporting processes and assumptions, and compile reports, charts, and tables based on established statistical methods. Technical skills required include the following:
*Basic data organization and analysis in MS Excel (sort, filter, pivots, charts, histograms, etc.)
*Experience using SPSS and R (experience with other data analysis software helps).
*Knowledge of statistical methodologies, how to report findings, and testing data assumptions
*Experience with regression analysis.
*Experience in the presentation of statistical analysis results. This includes reports of results and developing charts and graphs and other dashboard graphics for visual presentation of statistical analysis.
QualificationsA Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:
*Master’s degree in Statistics or related field.
*Minimum two years of experience in a similar field.
*Experience with statistical software such as SPSS, R, Minitab or SAS.
*Experience writing reports using reporting software such as Cognos, Tableau, Business Objects, or similar applications.
*Knowledge of database structure and reporting techniques.
Salary range$40,000 - $60,000
