Job dutiesThe Office of Strategic Planning & Institutional Effectiveness (OSPIE) is seeking an Assessment Coordinator to support the development and implementation of university-wide assessment initiatives that promote continuous improvement of student learning and administrative processes and services. The Assessment Coordinator will work collaboratively with faculty and staff to facilitate the collection and reporting of assessment data, information, and outcomes. As part of those duties, the individual will assist with the preparation and dissemination of reports and other public-facing materials that document student and program outcomes. The Assessment Coordinator will also identify and/or develop and administer campus-wide surveys and other evaluation tools. S/he will have responsibility for scheduling and communicating assessment activities and services as necessary to internal and external constituents. Highly qualified candidates may also have opportunity to engage in research and analysis related to the mission of OSPIE.
QualificationsPreferred Qualifications: Master's Degree and three years experience. (Or equivalent combination of education and experience, click here for equivalencies: http://www.uky.edu/hr/employment/working-uk/equivalencies
Salary range$40,000 - $60,000
Salary benefitsThe posted salary range for this position is $44,096-72,779/year.

Actual salary will depend on the qualifications of the candidate and the department's budget.
