This year, all presenters are provided a LCD projector. All presenters using projectors can visit the Technology Support Center, Room M109, Marquis Level, when you arrive at the Forum. For presenters who have previously arranged to have Internet access during their session, you will be provided with connection details in the Technology Support Center.
AIR does NOT provide laptops, zip drives, floppy drives, USB drives. MAC and PDA users must bring ANY adapters needed to connect to the multimedia projector. These are the responsibility of the presenter(s).
Rooms for the Pre-Forum Workshops are set "classroom style" for the maximum number of attendees, unless another arrangement was requested. A podium, one podium-microphone, overhead projector, multimedia projector, screen and a powerstrip are provided.
Table topic sessions will be held will in large rooms set in round tables to facilitate discussion among participants. More than one discussion group may be assigned to a room. Signs will be provided for each group. LCD projectors and projection screens are not provided for this session format.
Rooms scheduled for panel discussions have two microphones and table space for panelists.
All sessions using Internet connections include a LCD projector and a projector screen, Internet connection and a powerstrip. Please make sure that your computer's network card has an Ethernet port (RJ45) or the proper cables/dongle for connection to an RJ45 jack.
All sessions with no Internet connections include a LCD projector, projection screen, and a powerstrip. MAC and PDA users must bring ANY adapters needed to connect to the multimedia projector.
