The 49th Annual AIR Forum is May 30 – June 3, in Atlanta, Georgia. Exhibits and all sessions will be held at the Marriott Atlanta Marquis. The AIR Forum attracts higher education decision-makers from around the world. Conference participants are in search of advancements in technology and techniques that support institutional research functions. Exhibitors receive high visibility and exposure through sponsorships, the AIR Web site and various printed materials. Register before October 30, 2008, and receive a 10% discount on any registration package.
Take advantage of a Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze sponsorship package to reach even more Forum participants. Each sponsorship level offers unique benefits including: booth size, booth location, preferred Web links, and prominent recognition signage at specific events and locations. In addition, sponsors participate in the Forum program by presenting an Exhibitor Session. Exhibitor Sessions are featured in the Forum Program Book, which includes session title, abstract, and presenters. The sponsorships are on a first-come basis.

The 2008 Forum was a record breaking conference with over 1,700 higher education decision-makers in attendance, premier educational opportunities, and national media coverage including The Chronicle of Higher Education, Inside Higher Education, and American Council on Education.
Higher education is a global enterprise. Students, faculty and staff from all over the world attend the Forum.
All Sponsorships Include:
- A booth includes a 10x10-foot space, 8-foot high back drape, 3-foot high side drape, 1 – 6-foot draped table, 2 side chairs, 1 wastebasket, and 1 identification sign. The Exhibit Hall is carpeted;
- 24-hour security within the Exhibit Hall area;
- A general service contractor to assist with specific needs, including coordination of delivery;
- A listing in the final Forum Program Book and daily Forum newsletter; and
- Recognition on the Forum Web site.
