Job Duties: The Impact Planning and Improvement (IPI) team is a recently established internal team empowered to provide focus at the foundation and program level for impact planning, assessment, and improvement at the initiative and portfolio level. We are looking for seasoned professionals who have content expertise in managing evaluations that employ qualitative and quantitative methods, an understanding of the theory of change as well as multi-method evaluation experience. Qualifications: Master degree in education, public policy, social sciences, or related field required, PhD preferred.
A minimum of 10 years experience conducting or managing evaluations that require the use of qualitative and quantitative analysis skills.
Experience conducting and interpreting evaluations, research studies, and data collection efforts; and overseeing contractors.
Experience working or familiarity with issues and research in post-secondary education and low income young adults preferred.
Experience or knowledge of a variety of evaluation and performance measurement techniques, appropriate to the different levels and types of results measurement needed.
Strong interpersonal, facilitation and communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work with flexibility, efficiency, enthusiasm, and diplomacy both individually and as part of a complex team.
Demonstrated commitment to the foundation core values, mission, and programs and to serving our grantees.
