Job Duties: The Director of Enrollment Management has responsibility for the coordination and implementation of Strategic Enrollment Management activities and programs at the College, including the development of articulation agreements, project management, ensuring compliance with external reporting requirements, optimizing the use of staff and technology in the delivery of student enrollment services, and ensuring the delivery of core student enrollment service functions. This leadership position focuses on facilitating, informing, uniting and improving enrollment management efforts across academic, student service, admission, technology, and other areas of the College. Collaborative project management is a key component of the position.

Qualifications: Requirements include: three years of increasingly responsible and successful experience at an accredited institution of higher education, and a Master's degree.

Must have knowledge of enrollment management concepts, program planning and implementation skills, knowledge of student development theory, strong organizational skills, the ability to establish priorities and to manage multiple demands and projects, and a proven ability to work collaboratively.
