Job Duties: The College at Brockport State University of New York seeks a candidate to fill the position of Director of Institutional Effectiveness. The successful candidate will provide leadership in support of the mission of the College by collecting and analyzing mission-related data, and anticipating future information needs. He/she will collaborate with various College constituencies while working with colleagues in Library, Information and Technology Services. The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Master’s degree, PhD preferred, in education, business, public administration, statistics, MIS or related field with at least five years of experience in research and data analysis and substantial experience planning, prioritizing and delegating work. She/he will demonstrate the ability to transform data into meaningful information, and effectively communicate information orally and in writing. To achieve these goals, the candidate will apply knowledge of contemporary quantitative and qualitative research methods and demonstrate the ability to use digital technologies and common software packages.
