Job Duties: Assist the Chief Academic Officer to conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplifications and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Assist the CAO with the process of planning, directing, or coordinating the training and development activities of an organization. Support the data collection requirements for accreditation processes within the institution.This position is set in an academic environment that requires the individual to portray professionalism in dealing with students, colleagues and the community. This is a highly visible position encompassed with financial responsibility. This position directly affects student satisfaction and is a key in providing mentorship and guidance to students and others in the institution.

1. Support the President, Chief Academic Officer and VP of Operations in the development of reports, planning documents, professional correspondence and maintenance of contents and files.
2. Develop and maintain schedule of key reporting deadlines for state, federal, accreditation and other 3rd party agencies.
3. Gather and organize information on problems or procedures.
4. Supports the CAO in the analysis of data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
5. Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures.
6. Develop and implement academic/student success records management program for filing, protection, and retrieval of records, and assure compliance with program.
7. Review forms and reports and confer with management and users about format, distribution, and purpose, and to identify problems and improvements.
8. Interview personnel and conduct on-site observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed, and methods, equipment, and personnel used.
9. Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
10. Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms and reports.
11. Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, or cost analysis.
12. Assist Directors of Education and CAO to collect and evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
13. Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
14. Arrange for ongoing technical training and personal development classes for staff members.
15. Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods, processes and procedures such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
16. Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.
17. Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
18. Work with the CAO to develop academic program and institutional assessment procedures.
19. Support the administration of the Student Information System.

Qualifications:
1. Master degree is required.
2. Proven track record of successful academic administration experience required.
3. Familiarity and administrative experience in the development and administration of academic policy and procedures; new program development; curriculum development and renewal; traditional, online and blended methods of instruction; student outcomes assessment; faculty selection, evaluation and development; learning resources; and learner support services.
4. Ability to manage and motivate professionals from various academic disciplines as a cohesive, responsive team.
5. Significant experience in working with regional accrediting bodies, specialized accreditation, as well as other accreditation and regulatory bodies a plus.
6. Strong research and critical thinking skills.
7. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
8. Previous post-secondary teaching experience required.

Salary/Benefits: Salary is dependent on experience. This is a full time position and company benefits will apply.
