Job Duties: Provides and maintains technical expertise and leadership in the areas of application software to users, middle and upper management, other team members, and the Director of Effectiveness, Quality, and Assessment.

Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, document and maintains programs and systems. Produces user-friendly reports from network systems and other database files. Designs, develops and maintains websites associated with the functional area. Implements, develops and maintains data archives separate from the network systems. Investigates and determines solutions to hardware, software, and user problems. Evaluates project assignments to produce effective problem solutions. Performs other related work as assigned.

Qualifications: Requires a Baccalaureate degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related area and a minimum of one year experience; or certification/licensure, or other demonstration of competence and a minimum of two years of demonstrated experience. Working knowledge of systems and file designs and/or database software (i.e. acess and/or excel) preferred. Good oral and written communication skills.

Salary/Benefits: $28,627-$35,783
