Job Title: ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF INSTITUTIONAL RESEARCH - Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, Cheyney, PA Deadline Date: Open Until Filled Starting Date: Review of applications will begin immediately Institution: Job Duties: The primary duties and responsibilities are to assist the Director of Institutional Research in overseeing institutional research projects (submission of data to the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education - PASSHE), performance and accountablity measures and federal reporting. The position also supports enrollment management, strategic planning, institutional and program accreditation. Additional duties and responsibilities consist of: conducting studies, planning methods of evaluating and monitoring programs toward achievement of measured goals, developing a new data base collection convention, coordinate centralized data collection, aid in the analysis of data using statistical software (SPSS, SAS, Access, Excel). Provide technical assistance and analytical services to faculty, staff and students. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in an analytical field is required. A Master's degree is preferred. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills also required. Use of statistical software (SPSS) needed and experience using querying and reporting tools, Structured Query Language (SQL) preferred. Extensive experience in MS Office, especially MS-Access is required. Experience in an administrative position using large relations database preferred.
