Located on a hill overlooking the city of Bowling Green, Kentucky, the Western Kentucky University campus is acclaimed as one of the most beautiful in the nation. Western's undergraduate division provides four-year programs leading to the bachelor of arts, the bachelor of fine arts, the bachelor of general studies, the bachelor of science, the bachelor of science in nursing and the bachelor of music degrees. Eighty-eight (88) academic majors and fifty-seven (57) academic minors are available. A number of professional and pre-professional curricula provide additional options.

Eighteen (18) associate degree programs are offered leading to the associate of arts degree, associate of science degree, associate of applied science and associate of general studies degree. Three certificate programs are also offered.

Graduate Studies offers the master of arts, master of arts in education, master of business administration, master of science, master of music, master of public service, and the master of public administration. Western also offers the specialist degree and rank I and II programs. An EdD is offered in Educational Leadership. A cooperative doctoral degree program is offered with the University of Louisville. In addition, nine (9) graduate certificate programs are offered.

Job Duties:
Responsibilities:
~Coordinates WKU teaching and course evaluations in the fall and spring semesters:

*Prepares, distributes, and scans forms for all students in approximately 3500 course sections each semester.
*Coordinates transcription services.
*Prepares and distributes evaluation results.

~Coordinates the Faculty Evaluation of Administrators.

~Provides research support for institutional and program surveys.

~Extracts and reports data as a part of the department’s mission of executive decision support.

Qualifications:
• Baccalaureate Degree is required with an emphasis in data analysis or logistics management preferred.
• Must have one or more years of experience planning and implementing (preferably large-scale) projects or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provide the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines, follow strict confidentiality guidelines, handle highly sensitive information, and be part of a fast-paced problem-solving team that works with minimum supervision.
• Must have a basic knowledge of research design and statistics.
• Must have experience in the systematic collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of data.
• Good interpersonal communication, teamwork and organization skills
• Must be proficient in use of standard Microsoft Office Software.
• Evidence of direct experience using a statistical programming language such as SAS (preferred) or SPSS is required.
• Experience using optical mark recognition software such as Magenta.
