Job Duties: Holy Family University has an opening for a Director of Institutional Research and Assessment to report to the VP for Academic Affairs. The Director is responsible for leading the institution in all phases of assessment and institutional research processes, developing systems to collect and analyze data from all levels of the institution, establishing and maintaining accurate inventory data, and organizing system standards for data storage, retrieval and dissemination. Resp. also include monitoring data from peer and aspirant institutions and maintaining benchmark data.

Qualifications: Doctorate required (educational research or closely related field); Masters-prepared w/significant experience in IR and assessment will be considered. Min 5 years of related administrative exp. in higher education reqd, as is demonstrated competence in statistical analysis, institutional research, assessment and accreditation activities. Demonstrated competence in the use of administrative computer systems-exp. w/Datatel Colleague preferred.
