Job Duties: Temple College seeks an Institutional Research Analyst to assist with institutional effectiveness activities consisting of data gathering, interpreting, and reporting to support planning and decision-making across all sectors of the College. The applicant must be able to demonstrate a high-level of analytical and writing skills to support the functions of this office. The position will have responsibilities associated with: Providing information and analysis on institutional effectiveness; community demographics and needs; strategic planning; benchmarking; program evaluation; student recruitment/retention; and enrollment. Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in an associated discipline and 4 years directly related work experience in research and data and information reporting or a Master’s degree in an associated discipline and 2 years directly related work experience in research and data and information reporting. Salary/Benefits: Salary is calculated from Temple College’s Professional Staff Salary Schedule, PL-4, $40,200.00 PA, $19.33 PH, base salary-Bachelor’s level. Actual salary is dependent upon applicant’s education and work experience.
