Job Duties: Zayed University, on behalf of the U.A.E. Higher Education Coordinating Council and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, is seeking a Data Warehouse Manager.

This position is hosted by Zayed University. The principal work location is Abu Dhabi, with occasional travel to Al Ain and Dubai. The Data Warehouse is a student enrollment and student success reporting resource serving three federal higher education institutions, approximately fifty-eight non-federal institutions and other government entities.

The Responsibilities:
• Define the scope of the Data Warehouse.
• Establish the list of goals and objectives for the Data Warehouse.
• Define the deliverables of the Data Warehouse project.
• Prepare progress reports for the Steering Committee.
• Develop a prioritized list of initiatives with resource estimates and target dates.
• Direct project staff.
• Ensure adequate technical and process documentation.

Qualifications:
The Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field (a master’s degree preferred).
• Five years’ professional experience in higher education, data management, and/or institutional research.
• Expertise in analytical reporting and data management software tools.
• Experience with a higher education data warehouse is highly preferred.
