Job Duties: We cordially invite qualified candidates to apply for the position of Registrar. This is a full-time, 12-month leadership position, with excellent employee benefits.

The Registrar supervises and provides leadership for all records and registration functions including academic records, degree audit, graduation certification, production of diplomas and transcripts, enrollment verification, registration, transfer credit evaluation, course scheduling, commencement, and FERPA related issues. This position offers opportunity for a motivated candidate to bring innovation and leadership to all administrative and operational activities relating to registrar functions while providing academic leadership with University administrators and faculty.

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
• Master’s degree (Ph.D. preferred) in social science, educational research, or related field.
• Demonstrated effective supervisory and project management experience.
• Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other applications software.
• Familiarity with Datatel software and Registrar modules.
• Record of significant leadership.
• Have a thorough understanding of higher education administration, with a detailed working knowledge of institutional, state, accrediting, and federal processes and regulations with knowledge of FERPA laws and regulations.
• Five years of increasing responsibility in college records, registration, or closely related area and demonstrated professional involvement in the field.

Preferred:
• Strong consideration will be given to those with experience in the areas of program evaluation and assessment and to those who have experience with relational databases such as Datatel, SPSS (or SAS), SQL, and web application programs.
