Job Duties: General supervision from the College of Medicine Director, Analysis, Accreditation, and Planning.

-Responsible for managing data reporting and analysis programs/functions.

-Participates in institutional research programs and supports all internal and external data collection requirements.

-Participates in the planning, development, and conduct of analytical efforts to describe and evaluate college operations in both academic and administrative areas.

-Assists in the development of analytic models to support planning and management.

-Assists in the development of analytic models to support strategic planning initiatives at the college and program levels.

-Contributes to activities with departments to determine management analysis requirements and ensure that identified needs are being met.

-Maintains liaisons with users of databases and database management systems and for maintaining compliance with the Public Records Act as it relates to confidentiality of data.

-Supports the design, development, and completion of special studies. Collects and analyzes data as appropriate.

-Prepares written reports of all analyses and conducts

-PowerPoint presentations to sponsors.

-Assists in the design and development of knowledge management systems to support college operations.

Qualifications: Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS: The College of Medicine is currently located in Research Park and expected to relocate to the Lake Nona Health Sciences Campus in Fall 2010.
