Job Title: DIRECTOR, INSTITUTIONAL RESEARCH & PLANNING - Rhode Island College, Providence, RI

Job Duties: Rhode Island College is seeking an individual to direct its Office of Institutional Research and Planning. This individual will be responsible for the coordination and preparation of all required reports for state, federal and external agencies; the design and maintenance of reporting and computer-based decision support systems for the College administration; the maintenance of databases and the design and conducting of research necessary for planning and forecasting and evaluating institutional growth, effectiveness, long-range planning, and policy.

Qualifications:
Requirements include: Master’s Degree; six years experience in college/university institutional research or a comparable research-related position.

Preferred requirements include: Earned doctorate; experience with an ERP system, such as PeopleSoft, and proficiency with query, reporting and web development tools.
