Job Duties: The SRA reports to IRA and works 50% in the College of Education. Duties include consulting with College faculty on the development of their assessment plans and reports in the web-based assessment management system; collaborating on the development and management of teacher education data base; collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to support evidence based decision making in the College and University; and collaborating with other IRA staff to complete state reports and accreditation studies. Qualifications: Must hold master’s degree in related field and have experience in assessment, research, or evaluation. Knowledge of assessment theory and practice; proficiency in using statistical software to complete quantitative and qualitative data analyses; and effective communication, leadership, and collaboration skills are required. A doctoral degree and/or university teaching experience are preferred as are experience working with faculty and an understanding of the principles of accreditation.
