Job dutiesThe University of Indianapolis is accepting applications for an Enrollment Analyst in the Graduate and School for Adult Learning Enrollment department. This is a full-time, exempt staff position.

The Enrollment Analyst is responsible for the continued development, enhancement, and maintenance of the CRM (Radius) used for graduate and non-traditional undergraduate program recruitment and admissions. This position functions as the data steward for Radius. This person acts as a liaison with IT and Hobsons technical staff and coordinates such things as: troubleshooting, developing enhancements, applying fixes, implementing upgrades and patches, developing documentation, and prototyping new functionality for Radius. Other responsibilities include maintaining retention data and providing regular retention reporting, and additional enrollment reports as needed.
QualificationsA Bachelor’s Degree required. One to three years or more experience in admissions operations, systems, technology operations or a related field.
