Institution descriptionGateway Technical College is a two-year public institution located in southeastern Wisconsin between Milwaukee and Chicago. The college has campus locations throughout a three-county area and enrolls more than 17,000 students per year.
Job dutiesThe Director of Institutional Research is responsible for managing, designing and implementing research to support institutional decision-making. Duties include but are not limited to managing the administration of studies and surveys, advising college staff on effective research practices and collaborating with academic and administrative divisions on research to support new program development and program improvement. The Director of Institutional Research ensures accurate and timely reporting of college data and communicates research findings with diverse audiences.
QualificationsMaster's degree in Education Administration, Business Administration, Information Systems, or other research related field.

Five years of related experience, preferably in higher education.

Experience in research methodology and implementation, statistical analysis, and project management.
Salary range$60,000 - $80,000
Salary benefitsStarting salary $64,000-$75,000 annually. Health/dental insurance, paid vacation/sick leave, participation in the Wisconsin Retirement System, tuition reimbursement.
