Institution descriptionThe Association of Schools and Programs of Public Health (ASPPH) is the voice of accredited academic public health, representing schools and programs accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH). ASPPH is a 501c3 membership organization located in Washington, DC. Our mission is to strengthen the capacity of members by advancing leadership, excellence, and collaboration for academic public health. Our members are CEPH-accredited schools and programs of public health as well as schools and programs in applicant status for CEPH-accreditation.
Job duties Conduct data collection, verification, and validation; dashboard, report, and resource development; and data analysis.
 Coordinate data request tracking system, fulfill data requests for internal and external requestors, and maintain data request tracking database.
 Maintain and monitor ASPPH Data Center Portal user accounts and associated mailing lists and virtual communities.
 Assist in development of training programs and materials for the ASPPH Data Center Portal and other ASPPH Data Center resources as assigned.
 Assist in maintenance of Data Center process documentation.
 Provide general administrative staff support as needed.
 Other duties as assigned by the Program Manager of Data Analytics and the Director of Data Analytics.
Bachelor’s degree in public health, statistics, math, data analytics, or other relevant field with one to two years of relevant experience or master's degree in public health, statistics, math, data analytics, or other relevant field.

Skills and Experience:
• Experience in data collection, analysis, and report development.
• Ability to analyze data with accuracy and precision.
• Experience using data analytics software and technologies including Tableau, MySQL, and MS Office Suite products. Knowledge of Stata preferred.
• Ability to be flexible and work creatively as part of a team or independently.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with data and reports that include sensitive information.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
Salary range$40,000 - $60,000
