We have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 AIR Forum, scheduled for May 25–29 in New Orleans, due to rising concerns over the rapid spread of coronavirus. We are planning a virtual conference and will share details and registration information soon.

Will AIR offer sponsorship opportunities for AIR Forum Virtual?
Yes. New sponsor packages are being finalized and will be announced very soon.
Can I apply my sponsorship monies toward next year’s AIR Forum?
Yes. While next year’s sponsor packages may not be exactly the same, you are welcome to keep money on account to apply toward next year’s AIR Forum sponsorship. Please connect with Kyndra Freeman to let her know your preference.
Are there other opportunities to get in front of your audience virtually (e.g. sponsored content, virtual events)?

Can I get a refund? If so, how?
Yes. Please connect with Kyndra Freeman to initiate your refund.
When will refunds be processed?
Refunds are processed in a weekly batch each Friday. It may take a few days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement or for a check to be received.
What about fees/contracts/deposits paid for services provided by third parties (GSC, Electrical, AV, Lead Retrieval, etc.). Can I get a refund for these?
