We have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 AIR Forum, scheduled for May 25–29 in New Orleans, due to rising concerns over the rapid spread of coronavirus. We are planning a virtual conference and will share details and registration information soon. We especially appreciate the time, effort, and talents of all presenters who were preparing to deliver exceptional content at the 2020 AIR Forum.

Will my AIR Forum session acceptance transfer to AIR Forum Virtual?
Please contact Laura Knoll for more information.
Will my pre-/post-conference education session acceptance transfer to AIR Forum Virtual?
We will not be offering pre-/post-conference education in conjunction with AIR Forum Virtual. However, we are evaluating all our workshop topics to determine which content can be delivered dynamically in a virtual environment. We will reach out individually over the next several weeks to explore options.
Will my session/workshop acceptance transfer to the 2021 conference?
AIR appreciates the time, effort, and talents of all presenters who were preparing to deliver exceptional content at the 2020 AIR Forum. However, the AIR Forum call for proposals launches annually based on focus areas for the next year, so 2020 sessions will not be automatically accepted for the 2021 conference. We encourage you to look at next year’s submission process and revise your content to align with the new focus areas, if applicable. The 2021 call for proposals will launch in September 2020.
