Networking opportunities at the AIR Forum are designed to help you engage with current colleagues and meet new contacts. Respondents to a previous AIR Forum survey said networking was the #2 reason they attend the conference!

Welcome Reception

Tuesday, May 26; 4:45–6:45 p.m.

Get started on your networking early this year with the Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall. Explore a map of the Exhibit Hall in the app, visit the sponsor booths, play the app game and enjoy activities, entertainment, and light refreshments to enhance your networking experience.

Dinner Groups

Tuesday, May 26; 6:45 p.m.

Dinner groups hosted by AIR members provide additional opportunities for networking and are scheduled for Tuesday, May 26. Anyone can organize a dinner group, and AIR staff will help with location suggestions and reservations. Dinner groups meet outside the Exhibit Hall. Groups can then walk together to pre-arranged locations. Dinner groups are optional, and attendees pay for their own meals at the restaurant.

More information will be available in the conference app in May.
