There are no registration discount windows for pre-/post-conference sessions. Pricing will remain the same.

AIR members enjoy discounted AIR Forum registration rates as well as resources, innovative practices, and professional development opportunities.

Not a member, but want the discount? You’ll be given the option to purchase a 12-month membership at the same time you register for AIR Forum to receive the membership rate. Membership renews annually from the date of purchase (anniversary date).

Already a member? Your discount will be applied in the cart. You’ll also be given the option during AIR Forum registration to renew your membership, extending your benefits 12 months from your upcoming renewal date. One less thing to worry about!

 

Cancellation Policy

AIR Membership:

AIR membership cannot be cancelled once it is ordered.

AIR Forum Registration:

In order to receive a full refund, all cancellations must be submitted to AccountsReceivable@airweb.org with the subject line "Forum Cancellation Request" by Monday, April 27, 2020. Cancellations received after the deadline will not be eligible for refund or forgiveness of amount due.

Pre-/Post-Conference Registration:

In order to receive a refund, all cancellations must be submitted to AccountsReceivable@airweb.org with the subject line "Workshop Cancellation/Change Request" by Monday, April 27, 2020. Cancellations received after the deadline will not be eligible for refund or forgiveness of amount due.

There is a $25 administration fee to cancel or change pre-conference sessions.
