We are delighted that you will be joining us as a sponsor for the 2020 AIR Forum in New Orleans, May 25–29. The AIR Forum is the largest global gathering of higher education professionals working in institutional research, effectiveness, assessment, planning, and related postsecondary education fields.
Hotel Reservation/Room Block Warning
Only the Official 2020 AIR Forum Hotel(s) listed on this page hold room blocks reserved for 2020 Forum attendees. Any offers or calls you may receive from other hotels and/or housing agencies are not affiliated with AIR and are not authorized communications, even if they appear to offer rooms at a one of our hotels. If you receive solicitations from other vendors about hotel rooms or hotel reservations for the AIR Forum, please do not provide them your personal information - especially your credit card number. If you cooperate with them, your credit card may be charged, and you may not have a hotel room when you arrive at your destination. These vendors, commonly known as “room block pirates” or “poachers” may use our name or logo without our consent. If you are contacted, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Only use the dedicated reservation links on this page or phone numbers provided above for reservations for the 2020 AIR Forum.
Show Site Tips
Put together a trade show survival kit to include in your freight or carry with you, including:
- Small tool kit
- Stapler, scissors, tape
- Pens and markers for labels
- First aid kit
Remember to keep the conversations about your product in your exhibit space. Suit-casing, the act of soliciting business in the aisles during the exhibition or in other public spaces, including another company’s booth or a hotel lobby, is prohibited.
During move-in and move-out, individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from being on or around the show floor. Show sites during these times are like a construction zone and considered to be hazardous. OSHA regulations prohibit minors from being present in a hazardous work environment. Only sponsors with an Exhibit Hall access card may enter the hall during these times.
