Housing and Attendee List Advisories
Housing for our Annual Conference is location-specific and is booked through the conference hotel directly. AIR does not sell or permit the selling of attendee lists. Show Site Tips
Put together a trade show survival kit to include in your freight or carry with you, including:
- Small tool kit
- Stapler, scissors, tape
- Pens and markers for labels
- First aid kit
Remember to keep the conversations about your product in your exhibit space. Suit-casing, the act of soliciting business in the aisles during the exhibition or in other public spaces, including another company’s booth or a hotel lobby, is prohibited.
During move-in and move-out, individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from being on or around the show floor. Show sites during these times are like a construction zone and considered to be hazardous. OSHA regulations prohibit minors from being present in a hazardous work environment. Only sponsors with an Exhibit Hall access card may enter the hall during these times.
COVID-19 Mitigations for Sponsors
At this time, we are not anticipating any changes or cancellations to the AIR Forum as a result of COVID-19. We are assessing daily and working with our partners in New Orleans to assess and adapt as needed. While we hope you will be able to join us as planned, as a courtesy we are extending the original March 1 cancellation deadline to April 27. All other cancellation provisions apply as previously stated.
