COVID-19 Safety Measures

AIR is deeply committed to providing a safe environment for our conference attendees. AIR is monitoring key sources for COVID-19 safety protocols, including the CDC (Centers for Disease Control), federal, state, and local agencies as well as our meeting venue and host hotels.

To ensure the highest level of safety, all conference attendees will be required to attest they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and agree not to attend if they have COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 within 5 days prior to the conference. (Medical and religious exemptions to the vaccination requirement will be accommodated, but may require proof of a negative test within a predetermined time period prior to attendance.) Mask wearing policy will be based on CDC guidelines at the time of the conference. Please monitor the COVID-19 Health and Safety page for updates to AIR’s 2022 AIR Forum mask policy.

More information about confirmation of vaccination status and/or exemptions and other requirements will be shared prior to the conference. If you have questions, email AIR’s Conference Services Team at forum@airweb.org.

Please note that the above protocols apply to all AIR Forum and pre-conference workshops, their presenters, and attendees.
