About Denver
Denver is an outdoor city with a vibrant, walkable downtown offering urban adventures for all ages. Within a one-mile radius, you can explore some of the city's best museums; shop at art galleries and boutiques; see a Broadway touring show; enjoy live music; ride a rollercoaster or cool off in a water park; and experience exciting professional sports. Downtown's free and fully-electric 16th Street MallRide makes it easy to get around. Visit Larimer Square and the renovated Denver Union Station in historic Lower Downtown (LoDo), where Victorian buildings now house restaurants, galleries, shops, bars, brewpubs, and coffee houses, or head to Denver Pavilions, where you'll find shops, restaurants, bars, and a movie theater. Discover the downtown area, and don't miss the chance for a photo with everyone's favorite Blue Bear public art sculpture at the Colorado Convention Center.

Why Stay at a Host Hotel?
When negotiating destinations for the AIR Forum, keeping prices within reach of attendee budgets is top of mind. A combined package of meeting space and hotel room blocks affords AIR the ability to hold the conference at deeply discounted prices—which allows us to pass along the savings via reduced registration fees.
When you stay at our host hotels, you support the ability to deliver our valuable content at prices most can afford, and you enjoy discounted rates and additional amenities specifically for our group.
Achieving our room block commitments is critical to keeping the conference registration fees within reach of all potential stakeholders. Perks like discounts on meeting space as well as food and beverage, upgraded amenities, and other enhancements for the conference also depend on us making our room block.
Please Note
Housing for AIR Forum is booked by the individual through the conference hotel directly. AIR has specific contracts in place to ensure you receive the best rates with guaranteed reservations. We do not work with or through any housing bureaus for accommodations at the AIR Forum. Only the host hotels listed on this page offer authorized attendee accommodations. Be wary of fraudulent entities that attempt to mislead AIR Forum attendees into booking reservations through other sources. If you have any questions or concerns, email forum@airweb.org.
