Luther College is seeking to fill the Director of Institutional Research & Effectiveness position. The Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness will take a leading role in developing institutional self-knowledge and understanding of competitive position by collecting, organizing and interpreting institutional data to support decision making, for both academic and administrative departments.

The Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness will have a minimum of a Master’s degree in a relevant field or demonstrated experience in institutional research. Successful candidates will be adept at data mining and interpretation and will be skilled in communication about data across multiple college constituencies. A working understanding of residential liberal arts education will be an advantage.
