Job Duties
Director of Institutional Effectiveness
Location: Yuba College - Marysville, CA.
Under the direction of an assigned administrator, the Director of Institutional Effectiveness is responsible for providing leadership in the ongoing development, implementation, and assessment of College research, planning, and institutional effectiveness initiatives. These functions include coordinating and/or supporting College integrated planning; educational master planning; strategic enrollment management; data integrity and accuracy; annual action plans; program review; research; grant planning and reporting; and other institutional effectiveness assessments. The position serves as a College leader and advocate for data-informed decision-making and provides thoughtfully disaggregated data and statistical analyses for planning, evaluation, and continuous improvement. This position provides College-wide leadership and coordination for implementing state and federal requirements related to equity and student success and works directly with the various stakeholder groups throughout the College and across the district to enhance research efforts and improve student success.

• Provide data analysis and after-action assessment of Instructional Areas, Student Services, and Administrative Services activities, correlating similar data to find actionable results.
• Perform other duties as assigned, which includes evening, weekend, and other collateral assignments.
Required Qualifications: The successful candidate, by the first review of applications date must possess a master’s degree from an accredited institution AND one year of formal training, internship, or leadership experience reasonably related to the administrator’s administrative assignment.

Benefits
Salary Range: $89,936 - $133,507 /YR.
Benefits Information: The District offers a comprehensive benefits package for employees and dependents, for positions whose FTE is .60 or higher, valued at over $24,273 annually.
