Responsibilities:

Lewis-Clark State College (LC State) is looking for an analyst to join the Institutional Research team. Reporting to the Vice President (VP) for Institutional Research & Effectiveness, the Analyst will assist in compiling facts and figures to update annual reports, benchmarking reports, annual progress reports, and various dashboards. The Analyst will coordinate the intake and output of data requests from internal campus users. This position will assist in managing the office by implementing workflow solutions, monitoring budgets and purchases, maintaining web pages, etc. The Analyst will use software applications to generate reports and surveys, analyze data, and create meaningful data visualizations in a way that stakeholders can easily understand.

Degree Required:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline from a regionally accredited college or university
  • Relevant disciplines may include social science, public policy, economics, & education, to name a few.

Required Qualifications:

• Two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Specifically, experience with:
  1. Data analysis and interpretation
  2. Advanced experience with Excel including pivot tables, macros, VLookup, formulas, etc.
  3. Working as part of a collaborative team
