Job Description
Typical duties may include but are not limited to:
• Coordinates the Program Review process and timeline, including calendar maintenance, webpage information updates, orientation presentations, maintenance of policies/procedures/manuals, collection of self-study reports and responses, and overseeing the contracting of reviewers.
• Provides support for the Helio Campus platform and the Coordinator of Helio Campus. Works with Assessment & Accreditation team to create and facilitate trainings, workshops and other needs for Student Learning assessment, program review, annual reporting and planning.
• Works to support the coordination and submission of Annual Reports from academic and non-academic offices. Works in Helio Campus to oversee and review automated processes to ensure completion and accuracy.
• Supports the coordination and delivery of training needed for Program Coordinators and Faculty on the automated assessment processes.
• Supports the maintenance of the FGCU base in Helio Campus. Ensures current and new programs, courses, learning outcomes, and updates or adds users as needed.
• Works to collect or aids in creating documents to support FGCU's accreditation reporting, including working with the Assessment Committee and assessment projects.
• Interacts with committees, individuals, and other campus offices on behalf of the Planning and Institutional Performance (PIP) office to fulfill the duties above and to fulfill the needs of projects as assigned.
• Apprises the Director of Assessment and Accreditation and/or the Assistant Vice President for PIP of any problems, concerns or needs of the office.

• Updates webpages for Planning and Institutional Performance.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
• This position requires either six years of directly related full-time experience or, as an alternative, a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of full-time experience directly related to the job functions.
• Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.
• Experience operating a personal computer and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's Degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization.
• Experience with Helio Campus, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, educational technology, and compliance report writing.
• This position requires either six years of directly related full-time experience or, as an alternative, a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of full-time experience directly related to the job functions.
