Data Quality Assurance Manager - Institutional Research

CampusWorks, Inc. has an amazing opportunity for a Data Quality Assurance Manager.

Responsibilities

    • Develop, document, and implement a QA methodology from data acquisition through integration to extraction for all areas of the college
    • Work with stakeholders throughout the college to identify, monitor, and resolve data quality issues
    • Ensure data analysis and quality checks are performed throughout the data conversion process to Workday
    • Oversee QA analysis of data trends and anomalies from all areas of the college
    • Monitor quality control plans to identify any issues or ways to improve the quality of data during the migration from Banner to Workday
    • Develop and implement data quality test plans
    • Lead efforts to acquire or restructure data across all institutional data to meet gaps in data quality
    • Chair the data standards committee
    • Develop and maintain data quality measures
    • Provide data quality training to the institution

Job Qualifications

Requirements

    • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in development and implementation of data quality strategies and drafting data quality documents
    • Comprehensive knowledge of data quality assurance, data integrity compliance,  data quality practices , data governance practices, business and technologies issues related to management of enterprise data assets.
    • Experience with Higher Education preferred
    • Effective oral and written communication skills, to include presentation skills with senior level personnel
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
