Job Description

Working in the Enrollment Management Office, and reporting to the Associate Director, Enrollment & Financial Aid Analytics, the Enrollment & Financial Aid Analyst will be responsible for executing analytic projects in support of University admission, financial aid, and retention planning. This position provides enrollment modeling and analysis to support recruitment and maximize educational outcomes among graduate segments within the student body.

S/he will have primary responsibility for reporting prospect, application, student, and financial aid data, as well as detailed analysis of these data for all Boston College graduate programs. This position will recommend strategies to enhance our efforts in recruitment and yield, with a specific focus on creating financial aid models to enhance graduate enrollment yield.

Job Qualifications


The ideal applicant will have a strong background in statistics and mathematical modeling in applied social/economic data analysis, management planning support, and data management and integration.

Senior Enrollment & Financial Aid Analyst

  • 5+ years of experience in Base SAS, SAS/Macros, SAS/Stat, SAS/ODS, SAS/SQL, SAS/ACCESS and SAS/CONNECT or similar statistical software experience.
  • Enrollment management experience preferred.
