Job Duties

Albright College seeks a strategic, collaborative, and creative leader to serve as the Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness. Reporting to the Provost, the Director will provide comprehensive leadership for the collection, analysis, and application of data across the College. The Director will produce a variety of internal and external reports, support grant applications, and respond to ad hoc requests, but will more significantly be charged with developing a proactive and robust approach to data management college-wide. Drawing upon their knowledge of best practices, the Director will develop efficient systems and practices to ensure that the College’s data and reports are accurate, easily accessible, and directly relevant to the work of faculty, staff, and administrators.

Job Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be an expert researcher as well as a savvy administrator. Experience working in higher education and an advanced degree are preferable, and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse constituencies is essential.
