Job Duties

 

Complete a variety of institutional reports (e.g., CBM reports) in a timely manner

 

Develop online surveys; administer surveys; analyzes survey data

 

Manages faculty activity (Digital Measures) and strategic planning (Quickscore) software

 

Actively participate in team projects and training with OIE staff and other professionals

 

Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

REQUIRED                                                          PREFERRED

 

Education

 

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, information science, or related field.

 

Experience

 

Three years of institutional research experience including two years of experience with surveys, relational databases and PC-based analytical tools such as SPSS.

 

Experience with Qualtrics; Basic understanding of SQL and PS query writing.

INSTITUTIONAL RESEARCH ANALYST II

 The University of Houston-Clear Lake is seeking an Institutional Research Analyst II to support both the Office of Planning and Assessment and the Office of Institutional Research in the Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE). Complete a variety of institutional research reports (i.e., state mandated reporting and internal reporting) to meet external and internal demands; develop and administer online and paper surveys and analyzes survey data; manage faculty activity (Digital Measures) and strategic planning (Quickscore) software; participate in team projects to enhance efficiency of OIE.  Full-time position with benefits. Salary range is $3,956.34 - $4,719.59 per month. Criminal history background check required.  Applications only accepted online.
