Job Duties
Primary coordinator and point of contact for all outside data requests, guidebooks, college publications that include data elements, state and federal reporting, consumer information and professional associations. Manages the data collection for multiple survey and research projects occurring simultaneously for conducting comparative and longitudinal analysis. Compiles, organizes, oversees, and documents the collection of archiving all data, analysis efforts, reports (internal and external), and support activity information for the IE office. Updates and maintains the Institutional Effectiveness web site, as well as monitors and provides the necessary input to all other departments and divisions that post institutional data on their web sites, (Admissions, Financial Operations, Advancement, etc.). |

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree. Experience with complex data sets, advanced survey techniques or project management skills can be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree. |
