Institution Description

Enflux is an established, venture-backed, and exciting Ed Tech company that has grown significantly in 2020 despite COVID-19 and continues to experience further growth in 2021.  Based in beautiful San Antonio, we are a small but growing team who are dedicated to improving academic program assessment.  Since 2017, this technology startup company has been offering a secure, cloud-based platform that provides an accessible view of a program’s overall program performance—all the way down to the individual student level. We deliver actionable insights to support curriculum delivery, strategic planning, accountable action, and continuous quality improvement.

Why is this Unique?

We’ve taken a traditionally-manual, Excel (and paper) based process, and turned it into a highly automated data analytics platform where the majority of our customers are now spending their time optimizing student outcomes.

You will develop unique experiences and viewpoints of:

  • Building high quality dashboards that are informative and scalable
  • Connecting seemingly disparate data sources into a cohesive assessment / accreditation story
  • Helping faculty and administrators advance the quality of their programs and graduate tomorrow’s leaders
