This is a term position for one year from date of hire with the possibility of renewal.
Position Description
The senior researcher will lead the technical and analytic development of multiple projects in collaboration with the research director. Specific responsibilities include designing comprehensive strategies for using data and metrics as part of Success Planning; independently designing data analyses and analyzing data sets; developing tools, dashboards, and other data visualizations to enable school districts and other organizations to use and track data; contributing to reports and papers for publication; presenting key findings and information to internal and external audiences; contributing to funding proposals; and other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- Strong background in applied quantitative analysis
- Advanced degree (Master's level or higher)
- At least four years of relevant work experience

Additional Qualifications and Skills
- Strong background in applied quantitative analysis
- Experience working with local practitioners to implement data strategies
- A demonstrated passion for using data to support education initiatives
- Willingness to work collaboratively
Working Conditions
This position will be based on campus in Cambridge.
