Job Duties

Supports systematic planning of program assessment activities within the University community by serving as a leader for academic program assessment within the Provost’s Office, collaborating with campus units to integrate assessment and evaluation efforts, and integrating assessment activities and results with regional accreditation processes.

Coordinates annual assessment planning, data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
Collaborates with the Center for Student Success, Institutional Research, and other units as needed to ensure new and revised programs have high quality assessment plans in place for implementation.

Job Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must be able to utilize a variety of computer software programs in order to successfully complete assigned tasks, Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately. Master’s degree. Five years of experience directly related to the responsibilities specified OR a doctorate degree OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Three years of related experience with Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE)-accredited and other professional accreditation operations in higher education. One year of supervisory experience. Experience with online data reporting and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Informer 4/ Informer 5, eTrieve, Colleague, etc.) Demonstrated quantitative and qualitative research experience, including analyses using SPSS, SAS, R, and Excel SQL. Experience in creating and managing databases. Proficiency with educational technologies such as using excel pivot tables and analysis tools.
