Institutional Research Analyst

Application Procedure:

Job Duties

Establishes, administers, and coordinates institutional research activities including, but not limited to, collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting data and information.

Assists in the compilation of accurate and timely responses to state and federal reporting requirements and to investigate institutional effectiveness.

Assists in creation of surveys and provides analysis in support of the College’s academic planning, reporting and decision-making, which may include the creation of new studies or modification of current projects or practices.

Serves as resource to provide data-related technical and analytical support to various stakeholders.

Performs office administrative tasks, such as but not limited to meeting arrangements, work order entry and requisitions and payments.

Assists with ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in quantitative disciplines such as business administration, public administration, public health, public policy, statistics, educational research, or a related discipline and three (3) years of relevant experience in higher education, institutional research, accreditation or assessment processes.

Technical Experience: Excel, SPSSSAS or other comparable statistical analysis program for reporting and decision support.
