2016-2017 Volunteer Listing

The 2017-2018 Call for Volunteers will open in August 2017.

The Association overall, and higher education professionals individually, benefit from the expertise and insight shared by AIR members, who represent a wide array of experiences and perspectives. The insight garnered helps AIR shape its products and services, and contributes to the professional development of individuals who seek to expand their knowledge and skills.

Volunteers advance institutional research and related fields and increase their personal and professional networks. This exchange of ideas and connections is the result of a variety of opportunities. For example, peer reviewers provide feedback to authors and other content producers, and learn from the contributions of other peer reviewers. Service on advisory and focus groups affords opportunities to meet and learn with other AIR members. Creation of content relevant to the IR field expands one’s portfolio, shares knowledge and resources, and encourages conversation among AIR members.
