Job dutiesThis position is responsible for the coordination of registration and student record support functions associated with the student information system database, degree audit, and other related systems. This position will also perform audit functions to ensure data accuracy and, provide support for internal and external reporting requirements.
Qualifications*Associates degree or equivalent formal training in the related field of analyzing and validating data.
*Combination of education and related full-time experience for a total of six years of equated experience in that includes the maintenance and management of student records, functional data testing and validation.
*Bachelor’s degree preferred.

*Experience working with Ellucian Colleague ERP.
*Experience in degree audit system programming and maintenance
*Able to work under pressure in a high volume office with short deadlines. Flexible schedule to accommodate the office when necessary.
*Experience in technology and its application to enrollment services.
*Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written standard English.
*Ability to perform detailed work independently, as well as, in a team environment.
*Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite.
*Ability to create interpersonal and group communication as well as public presentations.
*Ability to process sensitive data and maintain confidentiality.
Salary range$40,000 - $60,000
Salary benefitsHiring range: $55,361 - $60,897/Annually
