As you plan for your first AIR Forum, be assured you are in good company; around 1/3 of attendees are first timers. Don’t Miss the First Time at AIR Forum Session 

Tuesday, May 26

12:00 p.m. – 12:45 p.m.  First Time at AIR Forum session 

Meet other newcomers and learn from volunteer leaders who will share tips about making the most of the conference experience; including networking tips, an insider’s guide to the AIR Forum schedule, and insight on using the conference app to stay in the know, streamline your schedule, and make lasting connections. 

1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.  AIR Forum Impact Sessions 

The 2026 AIR Forum officially begins on Tuesday, May 26 with a series of curated Impact Sessions focused on a wide range of emerging and important topics and issues with impact for everyone in higher education. These sessions are open to all registered AIR Forum attendees and are included in your regular AIR Forum registration. Impact sessions include lectures, panel presentations, and interactive discussions. Impact sessions are 90-minute sessions scheduled in two consecutive time blocks from 1:00 – 2:30 p.m. and 3:00 – 4:30 p.m.
