About the 2026 AIR Forum Scholarship
Thanks to generous funding from the Julia M. Duckwall Scholarship program, eligible registrants may receive a $200 scholarship toward their 2026 AIR Forum registration.
Availability: Limited to 250 scholarships, awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. The scholarship must be applied at the time of registration and cannot be applied retroactively.
Limit: One scholarship per registrant.
Eligibility
Applicant must be an AIR member or work at an AIR member institution and meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Work in a small IR/IE office (fewer than 3 full-time equivalent staff)
- Be an early-career professional (fewer than 5 years in the field)
- Be a first-time AIR Forum attendee in 2026
- Work at an under-resourced institution (total institutional expenditures under $75 million in the most recent fiscal year)
Not eligible: Graduate Student and Retired members (who already receive discounted rates), as well as sponsors and nonmembers.
Qualifying for the Scholarship and Applying it to Your Registration
1. Begin the AIR Forum registration process by clicking "Register" on the 2026 AIR Forum Registration Page.
2. Current AIR Members and those adding individual membership through the Forum registration process should see a "Scholarship" step in their registration process (while quantities last). 
3. If eligible, click to select the option that best describes your eligibility under the "Scholarship Eligibility" dropdown.
4. Proceed through the registration process. When you arrive at the checkout step, scroll down to "Voucher Information" 
5. Copy and paste or type in your voucher ID code in the "Please enter the Voucher ID here" box. Click "Add".
6. When you see the voucher accepted popup, click "OK"
6. Scroll back up to the "Shopping Cart Contents" section. Confirm that the "Total to Pay Now" has been reduced by the expected amount. Continue to payment.
