While most IR/IE professionals believe that generative AI can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their work, few have spent the necessary time to become familiar with these tools. For that reason, AIR is excited to host webinars by IR/IE professionals on how they use generative AI within their office. In this webinar, IR/IE professionals will discuss how they use generative AI to conduct sentiment analysis, text clustering, and theme analysis on qualitative data and open-text survey questions. Each will provide a unique approach based on their institutional context. Come to this webinar to gain insights into ways to integrate generative AI into your work.

As a result of this experience, participants can: 

• Use generative AI to conduct sentiment analysis on qualitative data.
• Use generative AI to conduct text clustering on qualitative data.
• Use generative AI to conduct theme analysis on open-text survey questions.
• Use generative AI to leverage natural language processing to develop dynamic AI imagery for reporting and presentations.
• Discuss the privacy and ethical implications of using generative AI to produce thematic analysis.
