*AIR Member Discount

AIR members enjoy discounted AIR Forum registration rates and access to year-round resources and professional development opportunities. You can access AIR member benefits in two ways—as part of your organization’s AIR membership or through your individual membership.

Not a member, but want the discount?

You will have the option to purchase a 12-month individual membership at the same time you register for AIR Forum to receive the membership rate. Individual memberships renew annually from the date of purchase (anniversary date).

Or consider the organizational membership option to share AIR benefits with your entire team! More information can be found at airweb.org/membership/organizations

In addition to discounted AIR Forum registration rates, AIR members—both individual and organizational—enjoy exclusive member-only resources, community connections, and professional development discounts.

Already a member?

Your discount will be applied to the cart whether you are an individual member or an employee of an organizational member. Individual members will be given the option to renew their membership as part of registration, extending benefits 12 months from the upcoming renewal date.

2026 AIR Forum Scholarship

The AIR Forum Scholarship helps expand access to the AIR Forum by providing eligible professionals with $200 toward registration. Funded by the Julia M. Duckwall Memorial Scholarship Fund, the program supports early-career professionals, first-time attendees, those working in small IR/IE offices, and individuals at under-resourced institutions. There is no separate application—eligible registrants will apply a voucher ID directly in the AIR Forum registration process. Scholarships are limited and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
